I don’t think he feels guilt about any of this. I think he feel anxiety about being caught out, which is natural any time you’re performing on stage, but anxiety about being caught isn’t the same as morally motivated guilt. This is a man who repeatedly cheated on every woman to whom he swore eternal devotion before friends, family and God. Why on Earth would he feel guilty about this? One may as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb.
